Introduction :)

My name is Sarah Hall.  I am currently a Junior at BGSU: Firelands campus.  I graduated from Margaretta High School with Honors.  I am also wanting to pursue a degree in communication disorders along with possibly Early Childhood Education.  As I have always enjoyed art this was a great start for me to begin introducing people to the art world :) ENJOYY!

Technology in my classroom

In my classroom I want to incorporate different parts of technology to help my students become familiar with the various beginning art techniques.  I will be showing different films that show how to use the color wheel and highlighting different artisits to go along with the lesson plan.  I will also be using the overhead projector or whiteboard to show the students samples of the artists works and the techniques that may have been used.  I believe that with art it is important that beginning artists see different styles of art work to get a diverse background in the art culture.  With the white board students will be able to research different pieces of art work and get ideas to incorporate into their own art work.
